2015 is al weer een paar maanden oud en het is onverminderd druk. Inmiddels kunnen we al zeggen dat april 2015 de beste maand is geweest qua verkopen van de afgelopen 7 jaar. Blijft dit? Of is het een tijdelijke opleving. Een ding is zeker, de rente staat extreem laag en naar mijn idee blijft dat voorlopig ook echt nog wel zo. Gewoon goed luisteren naar wat onze verkopers en kopers willen en geen 9 tot 5 mentaliteit.
